1️⃣ How do I place an order? 

Once you’ve reviewed and accepted our quote, simply send your Purchase Order (PO) including the item ID, name, quantity, and agreed pricing. Our team will confirm receipt and initiate processing immediately. 

2️⃣ What information do I need to provide for a quote? 

To ensure accurate pricing and timelines, please include your product name, quality grade, quantity, packaging preferences, and desired delivery schedule. The more detail you provide, the faster we can prepare your quote. 

3️⃣ How long does it take to receive a quote? 

We typically deliver a custom quote within two weeks after reviewing your product requirements. Complex or specialized requests may require additional time for technical validation. 

4️⃣ How long does production take? 

For first-time orders, production takes approximately two months, covering development, testing, labeling, and packaging. Repeat orders are expedited and usually completed within one to two weeks. 

5️⃣ How is my order shipped? 

All shipments are dispatched directly from our approved manufacturing partners. You’ll receive tracking notifications once your order leaves the facility, ensuring full visibility from dispatch to delivery. 

6️⃣ When do I need to make payment? 

Payment is processed upon receipt of your order. Our finance team will provide an invoice and confirmation once your shipment is ready.
